If you're feeling obligated with a very long invitation list, but can't afford a full sit down dinner for everyone, BeSimcha! has a solution for you.

Leeba has introduced to Bet Shemesh the idea of having a lavish dessert buffet instead.  The setup and delicacies look and taste amazing, so all your guests are very happy.  But the overall cost per person is a fraction of the cost of a 3 or 4 course meal!

Sometimes Leeba will recommend a small sitdown meal "just for family" first, followed by the dessert buffet for all their friends and guests.

Dessert buffets can be pareve or chalavi.
